Amy is a dedicated Legal Assistant in workers’ compensation. She plays an integral role in case preparation, including organizing and maintaining case files, reviewing and summarizing medical records, preparing hearing documentation, and coordinating client communications. With exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to thorough preparation, Amy helps ensure that every case is well-organized, fully supported, and ready for successful presentation at the hearing. Amy brings a positive energy and sense of humor to the team while maintaining a strong work ethic. Outside of work, she enjoys real estate, redoing and restoring furniture, and finding creative inspiration in interior design.
Rita is a Legal Assistant handling workers’ compensation cases at the firm and has been with the office since 2023. She handles day-to-day communication with adjusters, medical providers, employers, and attorneys to ensure claims are processed efficiently and in a timely manner. Her duties include organizing case files, drafting correspondence, tracking deadlines, coordinating medical treatment and evaluations, following up on medical records and reports, and assisting with hearing preparation and claim documentation. Rita brings a sense of humor to the team while maintaining strong attention to detail and professionalism. Outside of work, she enjoys basketball, football, and spending time with her son.
Priscilla is a Paralegal with experience assisting clients throughout the personal injury claims process. She supports case management, client communications, insurance correspondence, demand preparation, and court- related matters. Priscilla is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship at the University of Nevada, Reno, and plans to pursue a Juris Doctor degree. She is passionate about helping clients navigate challenging situations and is committed to providing compassionate and professional support throughout their cases.

In general, an injured person can be reimbursed for the following if there is a showing that they were incurred as a result of the accident and the is evidence of liability: medical care, lost income, temporary and permanent pain and other physical discomfort, property damage, loss of use of the vehicle, and loss of family, social and educational experiences.
